TRANSFERS, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
We understand that cancellations happen, and will do our best to find another camper to replace your child's spot, according to the terms described below.
In general, transfers to another week may be possible pending availability. The earlier you ask, the more options we may have and can make a quick change. We do not charge a transfer fee to change weeks. If other camp week(s) are not immediately available, that work for you, we can put your child on waitlists as needed, but there is no guarantee that a space will become available. All registrations are non-transferable to another participant. If we are unable to transfer, then our cancellation and refund policy applies.
Please understand that when you register your child you are reserving space, time, and pre-paid expenses whether or not your child attends the program. As far as "non-attendance" is concerned (defined as two weeks ahead of camp through its last scheduled camp day): no refunds or credits will be made in connection with late cancellations, late arrivals, early withdrawals, last-minute vacations, injuries, or dismissals do to unacceptable behavior. Missed days are not credited, refunded or transferrable.
If your child is sick or unable to participate in the full week of camp, please email firstname.lastname@example.org asap.
REGULAR CANCELLATION POLICY
For cancellation requests prior to Feb 1st, you will receive a full refund less processing fees of up to 7% for credit card payments.
For cancellation requests between Feb 1st to April 1st, you will receive a full refund less the $75 non-refundable deposit per camp week per child, and less the processing fee of up to 7% for credit card payments.
Cancellation requests after April 1st and up to two weeks prior to your camp week you will receive a full refund less a $75 non-refundable deposit per camp week per child, and less processing fees of up to 7% for credit card payments ONLY if we are able to fill your child's spot.
Cancellation requests received two weeks or less prior to your camp week will not receive a credit or refund.
Any refunds, partial or otherwise, will be less our third-party registration fees (up to 7% of the amount paid).
SEPARATE CANCELLATION POLICY IN HIGHLY ABNORMAL SITUATIONS:
2020 has been a crazy year - We are incredibly grateful for our wonderful customers though! Should there ever be another extreme situation completely out of our control that causes an immediate shut down in our ability to operate or earn revenue, like a natural disaster, war, terrorism, epidemic disease, civil unrest, riots, or loss of essential electrical supply, or restrictions to travel...or maybe some other awful unpredictable situation, we'll be in touch ASAP to modify our refund policy if needed.
