Registrations paid in FULL by Jan 31 will be entered into a drawing for a FREE week of camp! (use the week yourself or give one to a friend!) Live drawing on Saturday, Feb 4 at 11am at Sun Star Farm. Need not be present to win.
If you decide to cancel prior to May 1, we will issue a refund minus a processing fee of $20 per camp session, per child (covers our transaction cost with UltraCamp service).
AFTER May 1, refunds are issued minus the $20 administrative fee only if we are able to fill your child's place.
Transfers to another week may be possible pending availability. All registrations are non-transferable. Please plan accordingly prior to registering - Thank you.
If the weather report predicts rain on the day of the scheduled program, we continue as planned. If rain falls during the program, then we modify our plans to be under shelter or indoors. If extreme weather, e.g. tropical storm, makes it impossible to ensure the safety of the campers, then an email will be sent to cancel camp that day and a make-up day will be offered on a Saturday.
Drop off/ Pick Up Timing - Important!
Punctuality is very important for our programs. Programs start at the scheduled time, cover a wide area, and finish at the scheduled time. If you arrive more the 20 minutes late, we will be en route to a nearby body of water, and you will need to find the group on your own. You may reach Don on his cell at 919-585-1488 for directions, however he may not be able to answer immediately. As our outdoor adventures sometimes cover a wide area, it may be difficult to pick up students prior to the scheduled end time, therefore students are asked to sign up for programs that they can participate in for the full length of time.
